Talk to a doctor you may have a bladder that is too small. They can use an injection to increase the size of you bladder, thus stopping the bed wetting. You may have to get this done every ten years or so but if your bladders is too small nothing else will help.

Do you wet yourself when you cough/sneeze or just in bed?
This is another sign of a small bladder.

If it only happens while in bed try the alarm clock thing mentioned in the other answer.

If none of that works use depends, and hope you grow out of it.

Wetting the bed happens to alot of people....my suggestion is to see a doctor for a medical opinion

Try this ... a noted urologist had suggested this for my son ... and it WORKED! Take responsibility. Set your alarm clock for 1:00 am and put it out of reach. When the alarm goes off, get out of bed and turn the alarm off. Go to the bathroom. It's a good idea to keep a notebook in the bathroom. When you "go" sign your name in the notebook. Do this for about a week. Then, set your alarm for 2:00 a.m. and continue the routine for a week ... then 3:00 a.m. If you goof up, go back to the previous time and stay there for another week before trying to advance. Stick with it ... and it will soon have you sleeping right through and holding your pee in until morning. Good luck!!! :-)

You are probably sleeping so soundly that you don't wake up when you have to pee. It is a good idea to set a clock to wake you up for a week or so but I would not set it for every hour. A couple times a night should get you waking up and going to the bathroom.Do this for a week or two until you wake up on your own.
