I think you need immediate attention
Few things come to mind
1.ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM

And Wikipedia:

There are so many things that it could be and a sonogram will definitely help with the diagnosis. Your doctor may have taken a blood sample to rule out appendicitis, but if you have a change in your symptoms, fever, pain increases, things like that, definitely go to an emergency ward.

A lot of times, these kind of symptoms are very hard to diagnose and find the origin when they first appear. IF you have a high white blood count or some other factor that shows an immediate danger to your life, you should just take it easy and see what the test results show and go from there.
