WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME? i waaaant to get over this!?!

Question: When I go to bed at night I always "play" doctor. I close my eyes and pretend I'm in a great deal of pain and I'm under critical condition. I pretend my doctors are really hot guys who give me shots and care for me. And who will hold my hand through the pain. I'm 14.

This doesn't sound like a fantasy to me. It sounds like you are doing this in order to get to sleep. In other words, it doesn't sound like you are doing this to relieve some sexual urge but to gain a feeling of comfort. In psychiatry, there is a condition called Factitious disorder in which a person feigns symptoms in order to receive care by a physician or a person with authority. People with this disorder feel inadequate due to some reason and often fantasize about being taken care of. It's not a sexual desire for a physician but rather the desire to be "taken care of" You are still young and I'm not diagnosing you with this disorder but you may have some component of this. If this persists, I would see a psychiatrist because this can become pathologic as you grow older

it's just a fantasy, you will grow out of it.

It is called a sexual fantasy.

There's nothing wrong with that. It's a harmless fantasy. It could be a sexual thing, or it could be a coping mechanism you've developed to deal with stress in your life, since it deals with being helpless and cared for.

Well if it helps you sleep it's fine..
I used to pretend I had a hot guy with me who was always awake so I wasn't alone..
But I eventually grew out of it =]
Don't worry!

Does this group of "hot guys" look like this?

There is nothing wrong with you these are normal fantasies and great relaxer for going to sleep. I used to do a similar thing when I was a young girl and into my twenties. I finally stopped doing it. I guess I just grew out of it and you will too. Enjoy your fantasies.
