Back Problems...?!
Question: Yea im 16 years old and lately in school and at home ive been having back pains and my neck cracks any time i move it. It might be because i lay on a couch or I play too much video games. I dont know what i can do to relax the pain. Its more in my lower spinal section like in the lumbar region and its been killing me lately. Help

Go see the Dr. they can help you and give you some mucle relaxers (yum!!!!)
also I have a question that might help are you over weight (not ment to be mean) I have the same problem with my lower back same spot part is because of the epidural i had durring labor and the other is because I am now the heaviest i have ever been in my life and the Dr, told me I needed to loose some weight to help the issue
