try drinking more water during the day and stretch your muscles after exercising or strenuous activities to relieve acid build up in your muscles...In some cases, you may have RLS (restless leg syndrome)

Usually low potassium causes cramps. Try vitamins or eating more bananas.

Try stretching the leg and toe that causes pain, Also you might not be eating enough potassium or putting stress or not enough work on the leg and/or toe

I used to get these, and the cramps mean that you don't have enough potassium in your body. So try eating a banana, or take some supplements!

I hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have same exact problem and if I miss my daily dose of a banana or potassium tabs, I cramp up while sleeping and dude it hurts, to point that nothing works to alleviate the cramp

Cramps are associated with the muscles in your body. To combat the lactic acid which has built up throughout the day, try stretching 15 to 20 minutes before bed, and make sure to drink plenty of water.

Yeah low potassium. I use to get the same thing all the time to the point that my toes would literally curl under my feet.

bananas and gatorade are both good for this.
