it is normal people twitch in their sleep all the time. i think it has to do with the brain not compleatly shuting down. it is still working so it respons to the images in the dreams.

might just be in REM stage sleep - most people twitch when they are in this state of sleep. Just the body restoring energy. :]
not to worry its just his nerves are settling down this usually happens when you have worked hard or you have be over active or not he is having a bad dream
