Ibuprofen(generic) gel caps, they are the same thing as Midol! But cheaper and faster working.

Dont use Tylenol when you have your period. Tylenol thins your blood ever so slightly and so period will last longer. Use Midol, Advil, Motrin to alleviate cramps and not change your period.
Also remember exercise helps alleviate cramps.
