I would say two to three days do to the fact your body needs to recover from the flu bug. And more than likely you took Advil or another medication. So you need to get that out of your system so you can be well and up and running

Really important. If you want to recover fully, you need to rest. Usually when I'm sick and I stay up, I feel a whole lot worse in the morning.
