You may not be getting restful sleep. That was happening to me. I did a sleep study and was put on meds and am fine now. I found out I had Narcolepsy.

Maybe you go to bed to early or to late, if you go to bed to early then your not tired and will feel sluggish when you wake up and will want to sleep more. If you go to bed late then you might not feel the sleep you didn't get until the morning.

What are you doing in bed and with who?? That could account for the mysterious tiredness. Haha.

Do you snore? Could you have sleep apnea? You might not be sleeping at all.

you're either getting too much sleep or too little sleep for your body. if you get up at the same time each day you're body sets it's own "body clock". when you wake up earlier or later than normal your body gets confused and run down. so basically get the same amount of sleep each night, and don't sleep in on weekends!

Are you taking any meds for sleep? They can make you feel drowsy in the morning.
