Pain in my sholder and back?!

Question: So i go to college and i have to carry a lot of books ,and i had 2 back packs in high school. So i was at the gym yesterday and i was doing sit ups and my shoulder was hurting badly.so i tried to loosen it up by doing those sholder exercises (rotating it backwards and forwards) and it cracking and popping. And now i can dislocate it.So i just ignored it and continued with my sit ups and my back hurt too , i was shaking trying to do a sit up.And my lower back was hurting at like a pain level of 8/9 almost 10.I have a lot of stuff i carry around in my bag and i have had pain in my back for a while now.Should i get it checked out or should i just ignore it and let it go away on its own?Was this caused by the weight of my bag/bags?

Get checked out by an orthopedic doctor it could be idiopathic scoliosis and some other structure bearing abnormality. The likely hood is the weight of the books is the cause.

It could. Usually in physical therapy they will put heat and then ice on you, make you do some arm exercises. What I've noticed helps me when my back and shoulders act up is I put "pas" that white strip you put in your back its like Icy hot I think. And then I do stretches. It really helps. You could also put your hands by the sides of the door while standing up and do "push ups" it helps alot. Just keep your muscles active, otherwise it will tense up and more knots will form and you will get more stiff which means more pain. Good luck!

you should go see a doctor

I would definitely get checked by a physician, I would also look into maybe getting a better backpack.
