Did i just have a seizure?!

Question: A couple minutes ago I stood up, walked into the kitchen then got very dizzy, collapsed and my right arm and shoulder convulsed for a couple seconds. Was it a seizure or was it just from a decrease in blood flow to my brain or something?

just low blood pressure, and blood recirculating

if you werent making a transition from sitting to standing i would of considered it a seizure, but quite a few people will pass out occasionally from going from sitting to standing because they have low blood pressure
