Some things that may help alleviate the pain include:
massaging the area , stretching ,placing a heating pad on the area ,giving ibuprofen or acetaminophen (Never give aspirin to a child under 12 due to its association with Reye syndrome, a rare but potentially fatal disease.)

take some tylenol or motrin to help with the pain

When my husband was a boy he grew 6 inches in one summer. He says that he drank massive amounts of milk - a gallon a day - and that this helped some.

Have you told your parents? They should be able to give you some Tylenol for the pain and put some heat or ice on it nightly, depending on what works best, to help relieve the pain. Talk to them and let them know how much pain you are in. Good luck!!

nothing, just wait them out.

growing pain is common at your age and it will continue for many more years. i would have your parents talk to your doctor and make sure its growing pains. and if it is see what they think is a good idea. maybe try to take a hot bath or use a heating pad on the places it hurts to relax the muscles.
