yes, because the feet act as a thermometer and also if you get sick...it could be that your feet got wet and stayed that way for a prolonged time. its cool how it works, your feet control the temp. of your whole body. when i get hot all i have to do it stick out my feet from the blanket and i start cooling off.

I don't need to but I do anyway as I'm 6'6 and my bed is too short for me.

you can sleep but cover in the cold season. The hotness may be due to the anxiety in you.
im usually back and forth because i either get too cold or too hot

I'm also one of those people who need the cold side of the pillow - and some nights, its a case of needing the cold side of the duvet too - which really winds my husband up - as he likes to be snug and warm!
No no I have to be wrapped up in the quilt I hate my arms and legs being out of the bed incase something gets me, I not sure what exactly but I dont like it. My feet are always freezin anyway so they are normally stuck on my husbands leg to warm them up.
I get sooo hot when I sleep too! My feet will end up out of the covers by some point. It is such a relief!
I dun no im sleepin lol but i jsut cant wear any socks when sleeping.
my dad did - but me no I like mine cosy and I know its daft but I feel that something might just grab them if they are showing
It depends on the weather. If it's really cold I wear my bed sicks. the other way round I let them stick out or whatever.
depends on how your body reacts to the room temperature when most of your body system shuts down, ready to rest and replenish itself.some get cold if they don't wrap up warm in bed while some get hot if they wrap up at all!.
sometimes when its humid and hot
i cannot stand my fee or my hands underneath the covers,i get to hot as well. like to feel fresh air on my feet and hands. i have never liked blankets being on my feet since i was a child. take care. warm regards xxxx

Tho im inbetween cause my feet are always cold and i cant sleep then. Juts warm thats nice.

Yes i always like to have my feet free otherwise i am too restless & can't sleep. I've never been able to sleep with sheets & blankets tucked in for this reason.
