Listen to music, read, watch TV, just do somthin that will make you tired and then lye in bed for a while.
you put your head on the pillow....
do not take so many afternoon naps
listen to music or watch tv and put it on sleep. you'll get tired and eventually knock out!
lay down in your bed, close your eyes and relax
drink tea
take a hot shower
listen to music
watch the history channel
pet your cat
talk tos omebody for a long time
eat some turkey
take a run
drink Tylenol pm
a bunch of things.
Take a Benadryl or Melatonin.
