I am 29 and now need reading glasses? shouldnt that be something i need when im !

Question: sometimes your eyes can be tired or just weakened from eye strain. and by getting glasses now may help in the long run. after a while once your eyes are less strained you sight may improve. I've been wearing glasses sense i was 12. and at 18 i had bi focals. after a couple years i was able to have the bifocals removed.

no.

Nope..my friend is 14 and needs reading glasses. It has nothing to do with age.

well this change in your eyesight could just be due to a change in what you do. if you moved into a cubicle and are reading a computer more often then the muscles in your eyes adapt to that and then other things can put more stress on these muslces. this could lead to trouble reading. get the glasses so that you dont increase the amount of stress on your eyes.

What are you complaining about? I've been wearing glasses since I was 8. I am now 59.

Less than perfect vision strikes people at all ages. I wear glasses, too, and I hate them and I love them. They're a real pain but less so then not being able to see well.

Oh man...I've had glasses for 11 years now. I have a -1.75 prescription. I have to wear them ALL THE TIME! I can't see anything without them. I think you'll be ok. Their only reading glasses! You can pick those up at Wal-Mart! hehe Relax...or else you'll get stress wrinkles!! Muahaha! just kidding...

I'm 37 and still have perfect vision. It has nothing to do with age... it's just genetics. Do your parents wear glasses? At 63, my mom barely needs glasses for reading. My father, on the other hand, needed glasses at age 15. One of my brothers has great vision like I do, the other brother started wearing glasses at age 23. It's just genetics.

Nah, bad vision can hit at any age.

No!,..as i write this MSG i am wearing my reading glasses and I'm 27!

I've only had them for about 8 month's now and they have been the best thing ever!

Before i had them i had very good eye sight(90%!) so i never needed them.

But in the last two years i started getting headaches and i was straining my eyes to see which was very unuasual for me so i went & got them tested.

I was told there was some kind of clouding(it has a name, but can't remember it!) over my eye that was making it hard for me to see like i would usually do before.

So he said i need reading glasses to try and correct it and to stop me from damaging them more.

Mine cost me
