Is deodorant bad for you? If so, what are some alternatives?!

Question: I was talking to my mom just now and I asked her to buy me some deodorant -- she said that it was bad for you and that powder (shower to shower) would be better, and she said that it might cause breast cancer?

I looked online and some people said that was true but some other people said it was a myth -- is this true or not true?

And if it is true, what are some alternatives to deodorant?

Anti-perspirations are something I would avoid. Your body's perspiration is a natural way to detoxify itself, so you don't want to stop that, plus read the ingredients that the deodorants have such as aluminum. I would try to avoid exposing my body to that.
Look for a natural deodorant with natural ingredients. There are stones you can purchase in health food stores for deodorants plus drinking lots of water and cleansing your body internally with help with body odors. I suggest a good herbal colon cleanse that includes chlorophyll, which is a blood purifier and deodorizer to help with body odors internally.

NO IT'S NOT BAD FOR YOU

Deodorant can cause breast cancer. One alternative is to shower at least twice a day. Your mother is also right powder lasts longer and has no effects on your health.

Baking soda or baby powder
