So wait- the anxiety comes from the sweating? If you're sweating alot like this then you're probably not dehydrated- dehydration shows up in a matter of hours. A basic rule of thumb- if your pee is clear to a very very light yellow then you're well hydrated (given that you haven't been eating an excess of yellow foods). If you want a for-sure test right now, then try drinking 22 oz of water or so- if you don't pee in an hour, then you're dehydrated.

Excessive sweating can be caused by a number of things, but if it's showed up suddenly and hasn't happened before, then go see a doctor, who might offer a prescription antipersperant. Some people just sweat more. It's probably healthy in the long run anyway- I have a condition where I barely sweat at all, and as a result I can get heat complications EXTREMELY easily, and it's kinda a pain.

if you are dehydrated you wont sweat, this is when you are in the danger zone. You hormones are probably causing this, the weight loss is all water weight. Drink as much water as you can right now and if it doesn't stop within a few days I would go see a doc.

no ur fine l;osing weight is good for you
