Your kidneys are in that area. Drink 6 bottles of water a day to flush out your kidneys and see if this helps.
If you go to a Health food store and get an 8 ounce bottle of UNSWEETENED CRANBERRY CONCENTRATE. Mix it with a gallon of water and drink 4 glasses a day. (use it all up) It will flush out the urinary system. Totally healthy and might do the trick.
6-8 hours? Goodness. Does it feel like muscle pain? If it isn't in the muscles, perhaps a kidney stone? I would recommend a trip to your physician.
Yeah and i had it checked,it turned out to be my kideny.
Kidney stones or kidney infections can cause pain there. I would recommend seeing your doctor.
Is the pain related to breathing in any way?
Have you had a cough or cold recently?
Does anything you do/take make the pain go away?
Have you ever passed any blood in your urine? Do you after these bouts of pain?
I agree with the other posters - this could be kidney stones. It could also be "stitch" or spasm of the diaphragm from over-exerting oneself, or if associated with breathing, it could be a pleural rub (pleurisy). You haven't given enough information to tell.
Life is a lottery....to get the highest numbers (in years) we need to respond promptly and appropriately to potential health problems. Best get a doctor to check this one out.
