Epidural????!
Question: I've heard from different people that an epidural helps so much! I'm not really good with the whole spine thing... like I don't like thinking that there would be a needle going into my spine. Is there any other way they would be able to give me an epidural? Would you recomend one?!?! I'm only 16 weeks, but I thought I'd get some information about this procedure. Thanks.

ive had two epidurals and i would recommend them to anyone they are so careful and gentle i wouldnt worry if i was u but it can only go in your back thats the only place..........
OK to be honest the worst part of the epidural was rolling on my side and squeezing my knees to chest. At 41 weeks it was hard to do. I was worried about it but things went well. And to be honest when it started wearing off I was wanting another one. LOL
My daughter delivered with no meds and no pain, just pressure. I WAS THERE AND DUMBFOUNDED.
You have plenty of time to make this decision.
I went 26 hours without any medication, before they had to rush me in for a C-section...by then I was so tired, I don't remember any pain with the epidural, but they wouldn't let me see my daughter till I could wiggle my toes.....I hated that the most...If I ever have another, I will want an epidural, even though the waiting after sucked....
i thought ur spine goes in when u r pregnat...
