I hate to say it, but yes. I can tell you from personal experience that over time this type of schedule will run you into the ground. When I was in college, I not only did all of my coursework and actually WENT to all of my classes, but was in almost every club/student org possible AND I worked/volunteered for an off-campus agency...by the time the end of my junior year came...I had to give something up...I was running myself into the ground...if you don't feel it physically (which, some people have a higher tolerance for stress and lack of sleep)...then eventually you're going to feel it emotionally...and that will hang with you for awhile..so slow down a bit..take some time to relax....and go to bed earlier...it WILL help...I promise...good luck with school!

Yes, you have to slow down alittle, have some time to yourself. And go to bed earlier!

I have learned that you just have to do what you have to to live. It's probably not the best for you, but I assume that you will be out of school at some point which will lighten your load a whole lot.

i got to bed arouns 12 or so every night and still get up for class at 7:30 and im fine and healthy

it sounds like a stressful lifestyle and since sleep is when you get your rest and "recover" from your life, you should consider taking a break once in a while and catch up on your rest

im not an expert but it sounds like it can't be helping your health

Yes!! Your Not Giving Your Body Enough Rest, If It Takes U Long Too Get Ready And Ur Always Out In A Rush.. Then Fair Enough But If U Dont Need Too Get Up So Early,,And Dont Need Too Get Such A Early Bus Id Be Dead By Now I Think Ull Notice One Dayy Ull Drop Maybe Faint Watch Out x

You're burning the candle a little bit, but you've got to do what is necessary, right? Once you're finished w/school, life will ease up a bit.

yes and no it is said that is u have more than 8 hours sleep u are un healthy and the typical adult can function properly with only 6 hours .u could be burning ur self out causing you to have a low amune system and also effect ur metal behavour such as prone to depression. i wouldnt worrie to much most people ova work just rember to maybe get a few more vitamins in ur diet and try to relax more.
