it isnt known to be addictive (though tolerance to Diphenhydramine may develop) but the paracetamol (acetominophen or whatever us peeps call it) is hepatoxic ...
regular use of as low as 3 grams per day has been shown to cause liver damage.
It is not physically addictive.
Some people still might over-use it though.
some people say it is...people can tend to rely on it....
