Could these be signs of a concussion?!

Question: This is the question I asked last night:
Alright, well during a (playoff) basketball game today, the ball was rolling out of bounds on us, and me being me went and tried to save it. I ended up, running full speed into the brick wall, banging the back of my head. (smart, huh?). That was about 5:00 todayy. I felt dizzy, and I was kinda confused, yet I still remembered what happened. My vision is just now starting to get a TINY bit blurry, but not bad. The pain in the spot where I hit my head has spread, making the whole back of my head sore. I have a tiny bit of trouble walking, balance wise. Were playing the team in second place on Wednesday, is it safe to play?
Thanks if youv'e read,
I just want to be safe, you know?___________________________________...
okay, so I went to sleep, slept fine, and woke up at 8:20 something this morning. The bump is still there. The blurryness in my eyes is gone, but my balance is TERRIBLE, and I have a MONSTER headache. Should I go see a doctor? THANKS!

yes,see a doctor now.get someone to take you to your local hospital and ask if they can stay with you as well. it sounds as though you had a mighty whack to the head and you really should be examined.i work in a hospital and see plenty of lesser injuries which still need examining so dont hesitate to go down(just in case you were feeling as though you shouldn't waste anyone's time - you wont be!!!!!!) this is what doctors and nurses are paid to do! now wobble off and get an opinion!! hope you feel better soon and good luck for the future games xx

Speak with the coach and yes, you should see a doctor.

yes go to hospital. not doctor hospital. i work at a hospital. go now

You definitely need to be seen by a physician, Go
