Question: Like suddenly it feels like there is a pinchy nerve and it hurts

Answers: Like suddenly it feels like there is a pinchy nerve and it hurts

Studies performed and published by the University of Chicago and also Rush Medical Center have found that walking in shoes dramatically changes the way we walk and makes natural gate impossible. The padding and protection that we have in shoes causes us to land too heavy on our heels resulting in increased impact throughout our entire lower extremities. This habit needs to change if walking barefoot. Land softer on your heel by placing more initial weight on the ball of your foot as you step.

There have been an increasing number of runners who have taken to running barefoot and as a result, they have experienced less injuries due to the fact that if you run incorrectly barefoot, your feet will tell you imediatly and thus resulted in a change in thier stride.

I recomend researching what some barefooters have to say below as well as follow some links to additional helpfull info on the topic.
