Leg Pain ........ Exercise?!
Question: Hey i have got this pain in my leg and i find it difficult and impossible sometimes to stand up properly, it hurts sometimes when i try to position myself properly and i walk as if im disabled seriously like a need a crutch lol im only 16 and also this is my 2nd day into my diet and i dont know what to do with my exercise ........ on my 1st day i couldnt manage to run at all and i usually run the whole distance (30 minutes) so i had to walk and it was kind of slow ......... any advice, i dont want to slow down my weight loss

before you continue your exercises, consult your doctor first if its still safe for you to do so. if your leg is broken ask your doctor what you should do. i think its the best and answer yet just don't push your physical body to hard because this could increase your injury.

have more calcium pills and wash it in warm water
