Go to the ER. I broke my elbow badly when I got pushed over the back of a chair. I fell on it backwards. If you put ice on it for over an hour and it still hurts it is probably fractured or broken.

it sounds broken. best to go to the ER now.

if u are concerned, always go to a doc

Go to the ER. If it is fractured, the wrong movement or bumping it could cause the bones to separate.
My sister broke both forearm bones and it didn't swell for a couple of hours. When it did, they had to cut her top off because it wouldn't go over the arm.

If not the ER then at least urgent care (my health care provider has an Urgent Care area, i'm not sure if all doctors/hospitals do) My urgent care place is to go when the emergency isn't life threatening.. like a broken finger or an ear infection.

please go to the E.R. dont wait you could end up really hurt ,in the mean time try not to move it...
wishing you feel better,
