Hemorrhoid question...HELP?!

Question: i have what seems to be hemorrhoids but i now i have almost like sores close to that area but now actually on the anus...is this from the rrhoids? what could this be? i had rrhoids once before after giving birth and then this time they were really itchy and then became SUPER painful!! and now i have 2 sores around that area but not on the anal part. im still alot in pain but get this...NO BLOOD there hasnt been a trace of blood yet it feels just exactly like the first time i had them...any ideas of how to lessen the pain and how long they linger for, this is only my 3rd day of pain.

Well, I have them from having my two kids. You can feel them around the opening of your anus. I used tucks pads for awhile. Sometimes, mine flare up a little and start to itch and sometimes when I have a bowel movement they bleed. I would just suggest getting some hemerrhoid cream and tucks pads. They will eventually go down. Sometimes, if there bad enough, you can have them removed. If they are really bad, you should go to you obgyn and have them take a look.

Could be an anal fissure. Have it checked out.
