How do you get rid of gamers hand?!
Question: I have multiple problems with my hands during gameing n they are:
1. my hands get sleepy. especialy my pinkies. this wouldn't bothert me but not to long ago my pinkies where colder than the rest of my hands. I mean ice cold. I know this is a gaming thing beacause after i stop playing video games for a while they got back to being okay.
2. the air vent on my computer is right where I put my hand naturaly. self consily that is and it gets my hand filling wierd. it gets hot and I take it away but I self consily put it back.
can you suggest something for my hands.

You might have draftsman's elbow, or ulnar neuritis..your arm is bent at elbow plus your forearm lays on desk top and this compresses the ulnar nerve..making it feel numb/asleep etc...You need to buy a gel pad or reposition forearm etc..
