well you could jump and just land on the side of you foot if you wanted to sprain it
run and step on the sid of your foot
run and step onto a pothole with half of your foot causing you ankle to 'roll'
and it hurts alot
when you sprain your ankle its makes it hard to walk for several days
and when you do it causes you pain
Running and you fall off a curb, fall down stairs, even just a wrong step can result in a sprained ankle. Good luck and don't fall down! LOL! Just teasing.
