How do i get in to a deep sleep so i can get a good nigh sleep?!

free your mind of any danger and worries, drink milk and listen to nature sounds don't forget to sleep early

For Child,
drink a cup of warm milk before going to sleep,
hope this works

Don't sit around doing nothing all day. Get out and do things physical and when night comes you should be fatigued enough to sleep well.

Try having a nice warm drink before going to bed... my mom always suggests warm milk... i usually have Organic good Night Herbal Tea or some other Herbal tea...
