Do I have a pulled muscle?!
Question: Okay, so at school we had this stupid dance unit in gym, and we have to do line dances. We needed to do little "toe taps" with our right leg, as some of the dance steps i mean.
After a week of dancing, my left leg feels sore on the back of my left thigh.
It's been here for about 3 days now. It hurts when I stretch the muscles there. like when I sit with both my legs stretched out on front of me it really hurts. its sort of a stretching, slightly tingling feeling. there are no bruises.
I'm really scared. Whats wrong with me?

sounds like those silly little *** dance steps, are just using muscles you haven't used in a while or maybe just a little over exertion.....take it easy
