Sounds like you scratched your eye. Keep your contacts out for a couple of days and wear your glasses. It should be better in a day or two. If you notice redness, swelling or drainage and the pain doesn't go away, you need to see a doctor. It could be conjuntivitis. You need antibiotic eye drops for that.

use a q-tip moistened with eye drops and carefully sweep the area you feel the particle at. don't forget to sweep under your eyelid too because sometimes it can be stuck on the eyelid too.

Keep try flushing your eye out. You most likely have scratched your eye. You may want to not wear your contacts for a day or two.

It definitely sounds like you have a corneal abrasion. It feels like you have an eyelash or something in your eye right? Don't wear contacts until you know whether you have one. It can further irritate that eye. Also let your parents know so they can have your eye doctor check it out...........
