10mg oxycontin combined with 4mg Xanax?!

I think you will feel very high. For me, Oxycontin alone puts me out for an entire day.
If you are adding Xanax it will only potentiate the affect. I've combined oxycodone (less potent) and Valium and I pretty much went to sleep.
It depends if you've built up a tolerance to either of these medications. If you have, then obviously the affect will be less significant.
I haven't tried it, but I'm only 200 and 5'11.

vvv xanax is in 4mgs (extended realease), and regardless of if he has that kind, he could always take 4 1mgs or or 2 2mgs. vvv
Xanax does not come in 4mg. And I would advise to stay away from pill popping. Esp since you don't know anything about what you are taking.

sounds like instant coma to me. Are you perscribed these drugs? If so, your doctor will tell you the dangers of interactions between the two.
If you're just getting loaded, why ask? You obviously lack common sense.
Are you looking to get high? If you are this will work. If you are trying pain management then talk to your doctor. You should never mix your drugs. Be careful.
