I'd say sleep apnea.
My husband has it.. i could see him stop breathing for short times then it kicks back in. He also snores. He started using those strips you put over your nose bridge to help keep them open wider and help breathing. It seems to help (course you have to sleep on your back for it to help.)

Any problem with anemia? Low blood iron, can cause morning fatigue

Did you take a sleeping medication of any sort on those nights? If so, dont take it again. If not, consult your doc. You may have something like sleep apnea.

Do you snore? Have you noticed any apnea before? (waking up struggling to breathe) Or do you have anyone you sleep with that has noticed you gasping for air?
Are you getting enough sleep at night (7 or 8 hours)?
Look at your throat in the mirror. Do you still have your tonsils? Do they seem swollen or are they large? Do you think they may be obstructing your air at night?
If you have obstructive sleep apnea, that would be causing your extreme fatigue in the morning. You should have a sleep study done to test for this. If you are diagnosed they will put you on a machine at night that forces air into your mouth or nose I think, and you will wake up refreshed in the morning. You take this machine home with you and use it every night.
Good luck

Morning fatigue could be due to anaemia (low iron) and a doctor can check that by doing a simple blood test. You could also be pregnant. Not everyone throws up in the morning. Also, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) may be a cause. It's probably not a big deal but have those 3 things checked; they're all pretty simple things to check out. Good luck!

do you take enough vitamins? make sure you do
