How can i stop biting my nails?!

They have nail polish that you can coat them in so that it tastes bad to bite/put your mouth on them...
or just stop.
It shouldn't be that hard.
Wear gloves.
well you could put nail polish on them that would help but i used to be a bad nail biter too and my friend would slap my hand everytime she saw me trying to bite them off and it helped
