Avoid caffeine after 4 pm. Also avoid exercising 1-2 hours prior to bedtime. Try this, wake up early (6 am), exercise then eat a good dinner early about 5:30 - 6:00, then shower about 7:30 and read a book. You'll be out like a light after putting down the book.

Zero

Caffine usually keeps people awake, so the less caffine the better.

i know three monsters will do it
but it says not to drink more than two in a 24 hr period

Stop drinking it then you can sleep!

I can't drink anything with caffine after 6 pm or it will keep me awake. Try to avoid all caffine in the evening.

caffeine keeps you awake it does not help you to sleep......some people need to quit drinking anything with caffeine in it hours before there bedtime......

Caffeine is a stimulant so you would not want any in your system if you are trying to fall asleep fast.

Try a couple of glasses of ice tea. A little lemon wont hurt.

Stop drinking caffinated drinks before bed.

The less caffeine you have the better dude
caffeine keeps you UP
not makes yopu fall asleep

You need to not have any caffeine in your system to fall asleep.

Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. That means it will keep you awake.

Tips: stop drinking cokes, Pepsi, coffee, mountain dew, iced tea, hot tea or anything else with caffeine in it for at least four hours before you go to sleep. Also, have a light snack before you go to bed like a couple of graham crackers, peanut butter and a half a glass of milk. Don't watch TV or listen to loud music right before going to sleep. A quiet environment encourages sleep. Try reading about a half hour before going to sleep.
