Migraine? sinuses?!

Question: i have a migraine or its my sinuses maybe, but i have pain under my eyebrows and by my nose (and no i do not have blurred vision or anything). i also get acid reflexes on top of it. i usually get it at the end of the day after working around the same time. this has been going on for the past three days. it isnt horribly bad or anything but still a pain to deal with literally. i was curious if it was sinuses or a mirgraine or both possibly? if so what are some home rememdies? thank you :)

Very easy.
Pl try cold water bath and observe, if pain increases use warm.

Follow food pattern to fight acidity.

Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk with dates- almonds at bed time, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

sounds a bit like an alergy or some sort of dus you are breathing in or being exposed to, I'd suggest trying alavert, which is an over the counter alergy tablet good for 24 hours relief but seems to work for many things

It's not a migraine. Migraines are either debilitating or they include the "flashing lights" that either start peripherally and work their way in or as a dot in the middle of the field of vision, and work their way out. (that lasts about 20 mins to 45 for me. I just had one for the first time in over 10 years...I am a little freaked myself).

It sounds like you are having a sinus headache, especially if you have intense pressure when you bend over. This isn't terribly serious, but you will want to take care of it, simply from the pain and discomfort standpoint.

Get some saline solution for your nose. Na-Sal or Ocean brand or the house brand...you can use it as often as you like, because all it does is rinse out your nose, you clean the mucus, and also make it harder for the germs to get stuck in there. Until you can go get some, take some tylenol or ibuprophen, and relax.

It's not migraines. I have them and they are terrible. I have begged my husband and/or my dad to physically hit me to knock me out...to make the pain stop. You can not function when your experiencing a migraine. It sounds like either allergy's, or sinus problems to me. Ask your doctor or a trustworthy pharmacist to recommend an over the counter medicine that will help.
