Are these symptoms of any sickness? my lip grew a bump, and my eye hurts?!

so. my lip grew this bump thing and I don't think it's a cold sore
it like went away but yeah. it grew out of nowhere
and my eye keeps hurting?
and my nose is itchy like a lot

sounds like a head cold try some eye drops and
some allergies medicine lots of fluids and rest
This could be a histamine response to some allergy that you have.
Have you eaten anything different, or used a different soap/shampoo/perfume/face cream??
Take some over the counter antihistamines and see if that helps.
Seek medical advice if the symptoms get worse, or if you develop any swelling in your mouth or have trouble breathing.
