You can use tea bags or cucumbers. It will reduce the welling and color.
Tea Bags: take two, put in warm water, in the same cup squeeze some liquid out and put on your eyes for like 5 minutes.
Cucumbers: take two slices and put them on your eyes for 10 minutes.

unfortunately there are only temporary comfort measures at home like suggested above there is a load of expensive serums that claim to erase these dark circles. I suffer to it is the blood vessels and capillaries under the soft tissue and without medical intervention im not sure there is any other way not that I have found in over 28 years. watch out for all the gimmicks. I found a yellow concealer pencil I use under foundation Yeah I thought too Yellow but it does help even the tone hope it helps At least im not wearing a paint by number face(a ton of makeup) to hide the circles anymore I use the yellow liquid pen or pencil and have regained my self esteem
