Stiff hard to move Hands? is something wrong?!

Question: Its winter where i live right now so maybe thats why but my right hand feels stiff cold and hard to move and a little bit numb could this mean somthings wrong?

If your hands are cold and numb, then yeah, that explains why they are stiff. You weren't that specific. If your hands are stiff all the time, even when your inside ( i assume you have heating), then go see a doctor instead of asking a bunch of morons on the internet
