I have a pain in the left testicle.
The pain increases when it is touched and in stand-up and while walking.
It is better when sitting and laying down.
It is sometimes extended to 10cm above the penis.
What is this? what should I do? :-(

You need medical attention!
It sounds to me like you have a hernia. If you do not see a doctor you can cause more damage.....

consult a doctor,
cut it off
