Feeling queasy every morning, sleep a lot more than usual?!

Question: Hi-
I have been feeling queasy almost every morning for the past week and a half. I feel nauseaus and I'm hungry but I don't want to eat because of this feeling. Also I seem to be sleeping a lot more. All I need is usually 7-8 hours of sleep now I can't even get myself out of bed. I seem to be dragging out of bed. My period was early and only 2 days and it was about a week and half ago. I do have sex but we use condoms. I also have been under a lot of stress with work and my own personal life.

Hey there, sorry to hear you're feeling crap. It's one of two things I think (btw, am a nurse in australia), you may be pregnant because such a light period can be mistaken for a period when it is actually an 'implantation bleed', from when the fertilised egg burrows into the lining. Links in with the morning queasies.
On the other hand you may be really rundown or burning out and you're body is telling you to slow down. Do a preg test, eat healthy, drink lots of water, take it easy and pop along to a doc to get some bloods done, rule out any nasties.
Peace.

One you can still fall pregnant if you use condoms and are not using birth control. Two you can have your period when you are pregnant. Three being stressed out can throw out your menstral cycle making you suseptible to falling pregnant. I would get a test done!

like you said early, you have been under alot of stress with work and your personal life. let go easy with your life, take a vacation or go out clubbing.
