I am ALWAYS hungry, could it indicate a problem?!


Question: I am ALWAYS hungry. I find that I can just eat all day and no matter how much I eat, I am never full for more than 25-30min. If I don't eat enough I get VERY shaky which is sometimes makes it really hard to get things done that need to be. I never seem to gain much weight. I am about 5'5''-5'6'' and fluctuate between 99lbs-110lbs in a matter of months. never more than 110. I thought maybe something to do with blood sugar? although, I find that if I don't eat breakfast I actually do better throughout the day. A few years ago I had my thyroids tested and tested for diabetes but all turned out fine. could there be another problem or do you think its nothing to worry about? besides this, I am a generally healthy person

you have a very fast metabolism,and foods get dissolved imediatelly when consumed therefore always craving more,however i think that your insulin levels might be unstable...sugars being the main reason,eating sweets everyday is not a good idea,not eating breakfast is Bad,so all in all if you can keep your insulin at bay (high protein foods,not much sweets,no greasy food etc.) you shouldnt be so hungry all the time

May be it could be your mind only.try to keep busy yourself all the time instead of thinking food.don't keep too much in fridge that makes you to tempted to eat.if you hungry try to eat fruit instead.

you just have a high freakin' metabolism.just like me

Did you know you could be confusing thirst with hunger? I find I eat more and nothing fills me up when I don't drink water keep a water bottle around and when you start craving drink water instead. Eat proteins chicken, tuna ,turkey...or eat a fruit when you start craving eat a healthy breakfast no matter what! eggs bacon toast, not stuff like cinnamon toast crunch, if your breakfast is high in sugar, you will probably get hungry quicker, and of course,exercise.
