Chest cramps/ spasm?!
Question: ok this only happens when im running and i want to become a navy seal so it would be much harder to run 1.5 miles in 11 min that way any suggestions
P.S. is there a way to lessen atsmah i already out grew most of it but there is still some, only in the cold or indoors

Yeah, you can take a preventative. Singulair helps a lot or Advair.
Before you get your hopes up, you'd better check and see if having asthma disqualifies you for the seal program.
