Even-though I'm a girl, I pulled something in pelvic area, a extremely heavy dough bowl it was four of us working around the clock last new year's and we thought we could put it up but no one told us it was a double batch and 3 of us pulled muscles. It was very painful and a lot of soaking, massages/hot stones and rest.
Get someone whos hot to put it back for you. Sorry,I'm a teen girl and wasn't aware you could possibly "pull"...that!
