Answers: put a spritz of hairspray on the bite. it will stop the itch almost immediately

Run hot water over them.

rub vinegar on it

Rub deodorant on it (doctor said so) the regular white kind.

Vinegar

I swab rubbing alcohol on mine. It takes the itch out and makes the swelling go down.

using your thumb nail, push into the bite and make an X across it.

basically make an X mark using pressure from your thumb nail.
it really works. who knows, but we (outdoor workers) do it all the time for a quick fix.

Take a small bowl, some baking soda, and a little bit of cool water. Mix into a paste in the bowl, and then apply the paste to the mosquito bite and leave it on a few minutes. It should help take care of the "itches". That's what my mom had us do when we were growing up.
Take care.

A dab of toothpaste.

At summer camp, we use to call it Sister Veronica's Lotion.
We would make a paste of baking soda, vinegar and lemon juice and put it on the bites. A baking soda bath helps take out some of the itch too.

Any antiseptic type of spray or cream will stop the itching. Rubbing with alcohol wipes or vinegar will stop it as well. Once the itching stops dont touch the area if you can, or else the itching will begin again.

Rubbing alcohol, vinegar, or vinegar, salt, and baking soda. I used the last several times to treat bee stings, and it seems to work.

Good luck!

Nail polish works everytime...

I have also heard dryer sheets. They also prevent bites because it irritates their feet.

House hold every day ammonia apply and let dry as many times as needed. Usually just once or twice well do it.

PLAIN RUBBING ALCOHOL.
No sign of bites in 12 to 24 hours...................promise.
