Well judging by the fact that you name says xbox addict and the fact that you are on here, I would suggest you get your eyes tested. It could be because you are focusing too much on things like the computer or TV.
Try to check your eye. You're reading in moving objects?
You may have excessive strain on your eyes and you may need glasses. You should firstly visit your doctor for an examination and then go and have an eye exam to see if you need glasses.

Could it be stress related? If this does not go away within the next 2 days, I would seriously make an appointment with a doctor.
Sinus infection or migraine, possibly your blood pressure. Whenever a headache persists for more then two days you should see your doctor.

if you where glasses, then the prescription isn't correct and that's why it hurts.
but if you don't wear glasses, than try to get them checked.
Could be stress, lack of sleep , or maybe just staring at the computer for too long.
A good way of getting rid of that is interlocking yours hands behind your head and rotating your head back, forth and around with you hands holding your neck and bottom part of your head. What you have is a frontal lobe headache and doing that excersice should definitely help.

That sounds much like sinus pressure, but needing yur eyes checked could do that also.
if it gets worse within 2 more days please see a medicial doctor
