Some help please!!!!!?!

Question: These are my symptoms, it has been going on for a few years, but now is getting so painful that I need to figure out what it is, I don't have insurance right now, and really can't afford a doc bill.
This is what my symptoms are: I have a really swore wrist, it is my left one, some days its ok, other days it hurts to move it at all. The pain feels like there is no cushion between my bones, and they are rubbing together. Now it has traveled up to my left shoulder, it doesn't hurt as bad, but seems to be non stop pain; and my arm seems tired all the time. It's hard to hold my kids.
If you have any idea please let me know!
thanks!!

It sounds like an early case of carple tunnel. The best thing to do if you can't see a doctor and have surgery, have someone massage your wrist startingat the top of your wrist and working down to your fingers then roll your wrist. It may hurt so don't roll it real hard, Throke from beginning of palm to base of fingers about 10 times then pull hand from wrist. This resetts the bones in your hand and relieves the pressure. It may take a couple of times before you notice a huge difference.

any swelling and hotness locally on the ur wrest??
its sounds like rheumatoid inflammation of the joints.
it needs non steroidal anti inflammatory drug therapy and for sure u need to see orthopedic Dr.
if more progressed u may need steroids therapy.
try Advil for now to reduce the pain and inflammation and ice packs locally on the pain site.
