dude it's easy...i'm not saying u should do it, but here's how it's done: get a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. Crush all of your pills until they're completely in powder form and put the powder into the jar. Fill the jar up with warm (not hot) water, about 3 times as much water as powder. Shake the jar vigorously for about a munute, until all the powder is dissolved into the water. Put the water in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours, or until the mixture is very cold. Last, pour your mixture through a coffee filter. Since hydrocodone dissolves more easily in water, after you chill the mixture the acetaminophen will return to powder and get filtered out by the coffee filter. The remaining liquid will be a water/hydracodone mix and should be drunk with caution.

I hope to GOD this question is being asked by someone in pain who does not wish to kill their liver with Tylenol and not for any other scary reason, and I would like to hope and think that the person who gave the "directions" was only trying to help a chronic pain sufferer and not trying to help someone get high or even worse...I pray that your pain goes away and that you do not go down an extremely dangerous path; they put the tylenol in there to help w the pain and to prevent ODing as the Tylenol will cause u to get sick (hopefully) before you will suffer gravely from too much Hydrocodone. Stop and think, please. Take Care.

Dude, you will die if you try to shoot this up! It is nearly impossible to refine the powder to pure liquid form using this method. Therefore, when you inject this water/hydrocodone solution into your vein, it will very likely cause a blockage, which will in turn cause you to DIE. I give you this answer because most normal human beings prescribed this medication take it as directed, and have no desire to learn how to separate the narcotic from the anti-inflammatory. Thus, it is highly likely you are another idiot trying to find a new way to get the narcotic into your system faster than just swallowing or snorting it. I should know. I grew up in southern West Virginia; otherwise known as the Oxycontin capital of the world. I have had many friends and loved ones OD because of this crap. A few died from doing the very thing I am warning you against!
