How come I look better after little sleep?!


Question: If I get a good 8-10 hour sleep I wake up feeling down and not very energetic, and I look it. Whenever I sleep on someone's couch or on someone's floor I wake up alert and I get smiles from women, I don't understand it.

but apparently we sleep in cycles of 3 hours
so best sleep either 6 or 9 hours, or else u disrupt urself and feel grumpy in the morning!

maybe cuase u slept on someones floor u feel ready for action, after already having had a good night out?! haha

because we only actually need between 4 and 6 hours sleep to be ready for the next day, im the same, more i sleep more tired i feel less i sleep more awake i am

well you know what they say,"sleep and wake up and that's your beauty rest".i like it and you won't have bags no more.

I have heard that too much sleep is not good for you

lol the women smile at u because they feel sorry for u. (that u had to sleep on the floor) and if a woman smiles at u somewhere in the street then that means they are laughing
or that they can tell that u slept on the floor or something

your body probably sleeps better in uncomfortable places and that probably helps you to wake up alert and as far as the women , DUDE YOU ARE SO LUCKY.

hmmm. don't know. I'm actually more tired when I sleep a lot. If I sleep more than 10 hours I feel even worse than I did before I went to sleep. Don't know why that is.

Maybe you're getting too much sleep & your body lets you know it. Perhaps sleeping on a sofa or floor is more relaxing & restful for you. <jmho>

Well it sounds like to me you get more then enough sleep. Im not sure why that happens though. But to look more awake maybe you should get less sleep ha try it out and see what happens. It seems to be the opposite for you. So you can do a little experiment lol
