Swallowing gum isn't bad for you at all.

No nutrients are taken from it therefore it passes out with other wastes.

It doesn't collective in the stomach.

Think of it like corn?
You can't digest corn because of the waxy natural outer layer.. just like you can't digest gum. It'll come out.

The only way it would get dangerous is if you chewed six feet of gum and tried to swallow it. It could then get caught on the way down and cause problems. That's very very very unusual.

it is going to poison your blood and rot your bones and give you brain damage

I've been doing that for years why waste some thing good to the ground.

you need to stop wasting that gum. all it does is get dissolved, or crapped out. but swallowing all that gum is just a waste.

I have no idea..its so weird when you ask people and they come up with weird answers like "If you swallow gum, your intestines will stick together." or "It'll take 7 years to digest the gum that you keep swallowing" ...yeah bogus answers I know, but those are in fact some of the answers I get when I ask.
I would think your body digests it like any other thing you eat, maybe at a slower pace but not 7 years..its amazing how peoples minds work..
I sure I'm wrong in the eyes of others that are reading this but i think you should look it up online or talk to your doctor about the dangers of swallowing gum.
Hope that helps you!
Have a great Valentines Day!~
